Extrait de Parfum is a highly concentrated fragrance format designed to offer a richer and more concentrated fragrance experience.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

No. ELARA currently operates on a prepaid-order basis.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is PKR 350 nationwide. Orders of PKR 15,000 or above qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery after dispatch is: Karachi: 1–4 business days Nationwide: 4–7 business days These are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside ELARA's control.

Can I return an opened perfume?

No. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened, sprayed, tested or partially used fragrances cannot generally be returned or exchanged simply because you do not like the fragrance.

Can I exchange a fragrance I don't like?

Only If the fragrance is unopened and unused, you may request an exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Exchange & Return Policy.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be shared after dispatch where available. You may contact our designated courier partner.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

What if my parcel arrives damaged or leaking?

Contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photographs and/or video of the parcel and product. Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product received. We will review and arrange an appropriate resolution if the error is confirmed.

How should I store my ELARA fragrance?

Keep your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and sources of ignition. Keep the bottle securely closed when not in use.
